​Quickload owns a 58-acre property in the District of Port Edward that is planned and approved for development.

The facility is planned to be located on two levels – one at road grade, the second level elevated above road grade:

  • Preliminary plans call for the lower tier to be a secured yard area of approximately 25 acres.
  • The upper tier of approximately 20 acres is planned to be a combination of secured yard and warehousing.
